A heavily loaded boat moves swiftly when pushed by the wind. Likewise, difficult tasks succeed when aided by others. No one accomplishes great things alone. To receive help is to be blessed by heaven.

But to be helped, one must first extend help to others—because we seek assistance before others even recognize the need.

The hexagram Tỵ (Closeness, Harmony) signifies mutual support. The I Ching explains: “Tỵ” means intimacy and harmony. It uses the imagery “Water on the Earth” to illustrate this hexagram. The text states:

“Tỵ, the ancient kings befriended the lords and established a thousand nations.” This means that wise rulers relied on this principle to bond with their vassals and govern the world.

Likewise, officials needed close ties with the emperor to advance their ranks. Even in modern times, no one stands alone; even kings need ministers to sustain their rule.

Your financial luck is strong and promising. Opportunities for wealth are abundant. However, in business, you must cultivate good relationships with economic regulators and be wary of those who may try to obstruct your progress. Do not hesitate to invest in “external relations” when necessary.
